Please note that refunds/exchanges are only considered in circumstances where goods are faulty or damaged. Refunds/exchanges are not considered should customers change their mind.

While every care is taken in the manufacture and or supply of our products, if a delivered product is faulty, please contact W.R.A.P immediately and we will replace that product at no charge to you or refund your money. W.R.A.P will only accept returns of faulty goods for a period of 14 days from date of payment. W.R.A.P may, at its discretion, not accept return of faulty goods that have been partially used, incorrectly stored, water or otherwise damaged or mistreated in anyway unless it can be proven to have been done by W.R.A.P or its couriers/Australia Post prior to or during shipment.
